Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the rooms to be a bit dated and somewhat damp, which unfortunately affected my overall experience. While the staff was accommodating and changed my room upon request to offer a better view, the lingering smell made my anniversary celebration less enjoyable. The location by the beautiful water areas was a highlight, though, and the hotel had an inviting atmosphere. Overall, it had potential but didn't quite live up to my expectations.
The hotel has some really spacious rooms, which allowed me to lay all my bags out comfortably. However, the service left a lot to be desired, especially during power outages and food order issues. The location is decent with plenty of activities, but I expected a bit more enthusiasm from the staff. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag with some great amenities and some frustrating experiences.
The hotel had plenty of space in the rooms, which was a plus, but unfortunately, I encountered an unpleasant smell that made my anniversary less enjoyable, as I was feeling unwell throughout my stay. Despite the large rooms, I wouldn't recommend staying for more than three days. On a positive note, the facilities provided ample opportunities for family activities, like the enjoyable water park, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location was wonderful, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, the noise from a club nearby made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff was nice and helpful, but there were some hiccups with service, especially at dining. Overall, while it had some positive aspects, it’s not ideal for more than a couple of nights.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size with a stunning view, and the mini fridge was a lifesaver after a grocery run. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. The service was nice, with staff eager to assist us, but it felt a bit slow at times. The location was decent, and the food was good, although the breakfast selection could use some expansion.
